An Overview About Project

A system based on automating the process of obtaining a non-beneficiary document from all housing authorities, so that citizens do not have to visit multiple authorities to obtain a non-beneficiary certificate from each of them, but rather through visiting one window to eventually obtain the desired document.

Problem Statement

Previously, citizens faced significant difficulties in obtaining the Housing Priority Document, as it required visiting more than ten different government entities to gather the necessary information and documents. This process was time-consuming and complex, leading to confusion among citizens and prolonged waiting periods. Additionally, issues related to data inaccuracies or inconsistencies between different entities could arise, affecting the reliability of the provided documents. These challenges hindered the achievement of transparency and efficiency in delivering government services and increased the burden on both citizens and government entities alike.

Solution Description

This system provides a comprehensive solution to these challenges by automating the process of issuing the Housing Priority Document. The system relies on an integrated central platform that collects data from all relevant entities, eliminating the need for citizens to visit multiple agencies.
