An Overview About Project

Responsibility and human resources are considered among the most important systems within corporate systems. Therefore, we have introduced human resources and attendance programs in the Ministry of Public Works and Housing according to the Syrian system. These are web systems that aim to develop the institutional performance of the Directorate of Administrative Development and the Directorate of Communication and Executive Support by providing a comprehensive system for developing and automating administrative work. And the attendance program linked to the fingerprint device. The two systems are capable of being linked with any other administrative systems within companies.

The HRS consists of 4 subsystems:

  1. Personnel affairs system.
  2. Attendance monitoring system.
  3. Documents and decisions management system.
  4. Training and qualification management system.

Problem Statement

CV and personnel affairs system: 
•    Manages employees’ identity cards (personal information, academic qualifications, job title changes, rewards and punishments of various types, and periodic employee promotions).
•    Manages the workflow of various internal requests such as leave requests, rewards, penalties, etc.
•    Manages leaves, their types, and their balances. 
Time monitoring system :
•    Connects with different types of attendance control terminals and fingerprint devices.
•    Manages employee attendance data such as (employees who are not present on an official working day,  and employees leaving during official working hours.
•    Linked with the CV and personnel affairs system.
Decision management system:
•    Manages decisions and their templates, such as (special assignment decisions, leaves granting decisions, ...etc).
•     Linked with electronic archiving, and CV and personnel affairs systems.
Training and qualification management system :
•    Managing training courses, their types, and their classifications.
•    Linked with electronic archiving, and CV and personnel affairs systems.
